Application Process
At Commune One Immigration, we simplify the OINP Graduate Stream application process for you:
- Expression of Interest (EOI): You will first need to register an Expression of Interest with the OINP. This allows you to express your intent to apply for the Graduate Stream and be considered for an invitation to apply.
- Invitation to Apply (ITA): If your EOI is selected, you will receive an Invitation to Apply for the OINP Graduate Stream.
- Submit Your Application: After receiving an ITA, you have 14 calendar days to submit a complete application online through the OINP e-Filing Portal.
- Nomination: If your application is approved, you will receive a nomination from the province of Ontario, which you can then use to apply for permanent residency with the Government of Canada.
- Permanent Residency: Once nominated, you can submit your application for permanent residency to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). With your nomination, you’ll receive 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, virtually guaranteeing your invitation to apply for permanent residency through Express Entry.
